Training for project coordinators in La Ligue de l’Enseignement

As part of the SAY project, a training session was held on November 7 and 8 for project coordinators from the local federation of La Ligue de l’Enseignement.

Over the course of two days, participants received an in-depth overview of the SAY project, including its history and the various ways it can be implemented in their local areas. They were also introduced to the educational guide, helping them prepare to use it effectively once published.

The training provided participants with a better understanding of the project’s scope, its European dimension, and its educational and civic objectives. It also guided them in creating a logical progression using the workshops detailed in the guide and connecting with teachers involved in the project within the same region.

Additionally, participants had the chance to meet professionals from diverse fields:

• Andres Goldberg, a representative from our partner Le Bal, specializing in image analysis and interpretation;
• Claire Zaniolo, a photographer who runs photography workshops for a variety of audiences;
• Nastasia Paccagnini, a singer-songwriter who also leads songwriting workshops.

These workshops equipped participants with practical tools and methods to facilitate similar activities for young people taking part in SAY project. They also learned how to support teachers interested in bringing the project to life in their classrooms!
