Under the slogan 'It’s our world, let’s take action together!' the international Global Education Week took place in Europe and beyond from 16th – 20th November 2020 under the coordination of the North-South Centre of the Council of Europe. The Global Education Week is a World-Wide awareness raising initiative and a call to rethink our world together, using Global Education as a tool for solidarity and change.
On November 19th, Centre for Peace Studies organized an online panel on developing global competency of youth in Croatia focusing on the question is the formal education system in Croatia providing enough opportunities for youth in the domain of global education. Project Build European Solidarity Today was presented on the panel as a good practice example of working in schools by prof. Helena de Karina (Rijeka's First Croatian High School), one of BEST school coordinators with the previous experience of working on Let's Play Fraternity Card in Europe!
