Presenting the project results and White paper to Italian stakeholders

Presented the Best project and white paper on the role that formal, informal and nonformal education can play in Europe to promote global citizenship.

The document of proposals resulting from the discussion among the project partners was presented to the nearly one hundred participants of the Strati della Cultura festival who came from all over Italy, and on it representatives of European and national institutions as well as educators who brought their direct experience of promoting active citizenship through nonformal education were invited to discuss and take positions.

The presentation was an important moment not only to bring the objectives, tools and results of the project to the attention of a wide audience, but also to gather the commitment of three policy makers to concretely support, each in his or her own institutional forum, the demands gathered in the white paper.
