The project Solidarity About Youth at the Night of Reading
On April 5th a night of reading was held at the Milan Šuštaršič Elementary School in Ljubljana, Slovenia, where 39 students, who successfully completed this year's reading badge, participated. Teachers of the Slovene langauge and the librarian received the students at the school at 7 p.m. After the initial speech various workshops took place. Among them was a workshop on critical reading of photographs and writing on the topic of solidarity, which took place within the Solidarity is About Youth project. During the workshop students analysed photos that were selected within the project, and then, during the writing workshop, they wrote short poems on the postcards, which were later send to random recipients.
